  • Account details: name, email address, password (hashed).
  • Profile information you choose to add (event details, vendor business information).
  • Messages and enquiries sent through the Platform.
  • Usage data such as pages viewed, device, and approximate location.

2. How we use it

  • To operate the Platform and provide the services you request.
  • To match clients with relevant vendors.
  • To prevent fraud, abuse and to keep the Platform secure.
  • To send transactional and (with consent) marketing communications.

3. Legal bases

We process personal data on the legal bases of contract performance, legitimate interests, consent (where required) and legal obligation.

4. Sharing

We share data with vendors when you message or enquire with them, and with service providers (hosting, email, analytics) acting on our instructions. We do not sell your personal data.
